I studied abroad in Beijing, China for 8 weeks followed by Kyoto, Japan for 7 weeks in autumn of 2006. (my travel journal: jaxabroad.livejournal.com) I didn't have the best camera because I, uh.... kinda lost my good one so I went through most of my trip with a much cheaper $60 camera. But! I think I managed to take some decent photos with it (before it went purple on me). I wasn't going for fancy photography. I just wanted to capture photos of my experiences. And now I decided to share some of them here! I hope you all enjoy them and if the opportunity comes along, visit China it's amazing!

PS: Still working on my vine brush set!

Hiiiiii, everyone! I've been floating around this site for quite some time now without any updates. My creativity went poof for a few months, unfortunately. But here I am ready to update again! Currently, I'm working on a new brush set (started on Monday). It will be vine inspired and will be along the lines of my other brush sets (only kinda leafy like, well, vines). Notice any trends? I like swirls and sparkles! I hope to have it done sometime this week so be on the lookout!

And thanks to everyone for downloading my Shooting Stars set! All the nice comments and favorites really mean a lot. I never expected that set to be so successful. Even after all these months, it's still so popular! o_O So thank you, all. ^_^

I really am working on a couple new brush sets. It's nearing the end of the term at school. So much to do and so little time! The new sets should be up in a couple of weeks. Currently I'm working on puffy sparkle cloud things, a second heart set, and variation on my stars set.

I was going through my brush files and working on creating some new ones when I realized that I forgot to include the all-important brush tip file along with the script. Doh! It has been fixed now.

I'm glad that no one hates the brush set I created. It's my first so I was a bit nervous that it would be a complete failure.

So now I'm off to attempt my next brush set. Something hand-drawn this time. My drawing skills are much better than my computer ones.
